First of all, thank you for your mail. During the ITU-T Study Group 3 Meeting in Korea, we were
deeply impressed by the professional and high quality service provided by your team of
interpreters, in particular the work of Ms. xx and Mr. Cheng Ma.
Complex and technical issues ranging from international politics, telecommunications technology,
economics, government regulations and corporate operation and management were covered in the ITU SG3 Meeting. At times, there were heated discussions, not to mention the fast speed with which the delegates delivered their interventions. In this environment fuelled by tension and the complexity of languages, Ms. xxx and Mr. Ma performed beyond expectations. They communicated the position and views of the Chinese delegation accurately, comprehensively, and fluently. With equal skill, they communicated the thoughts of the other delegates to us.
